Last night I managed to make two more cards for the sparks challenge that Paper smooches (
http://www.papersmoochesstamps/) is nice enough to sponsor. Here is the second card - and honestly I feel a bit rusty. I learned this ruffle technique when I went to GASC (Great American Scrapbook Convention) and so far I've showed restraint but could over use it (if that’s at all possible) since it's just too fun and cute!
